ONE PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
Salt
6 to 8 sm. whole potatoes or 3 med. quartered
4 sm. carrots, split lengthwise (cut in 2 inch pieces)

Brown pork chops, pour off fat, add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat about 45 minutes.
