CHICKEN SALAD PIE 
1 baked pie shell, cooled

Also will need:

2 c. cooked chicken, cut
1/3-1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4-1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad dressing
3 tbsp. slivered blanched almonds

Toss lightly - put in shell. Spread 1/2 cup whipping cream over top. Garnish with more cheese and nuts. Chill 30 minutes before serving. Servings: 6.
