1 c. pancake mix
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. flour
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Creamy Italian dressing mix
Salt and pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
Chicken breast strips

Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken strips into dry mix, then in egg mixture, then in dry mix. Fry in Mazola oil in skillet. Put on cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
