VEAL CORDON BLEU 
6 veal cutlets, flattened
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1/4-1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
Paprika
White wine to taste

Place ham and cheese on flattened veal. Roll the veal and dip in flour, then egg mixture. Place in pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Melt butter and pour over veal and sprinkle with paprika. Pour white wine over everything to taste. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
