JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. creamed corn
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. canned jalapeno peppers, chopped

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9x16 inch baking dish. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 16.
