6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 qt. sweet milk (Vitamin D - reg.)
Dash of salt - 4 times
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla or 1 1/2 tbsp. & 1 vanilla bean
Rock salt
2 bags ice

Separate eggs, put yolks in one bowl and whites in another one. Beat separately with electric mixer. Beat until stiff. Mix sugar with egg yolks. Add 1 can milk, beat until well blended. Add sweet milk and vanilla into egg yolk mixture. Fold in egg whites and salt. Put in ice cream freezer and make.
