OREO CAKE 
CRUST:

1 lb. Oreo cookies rolled into medium crumbs (reserve 1 c.)
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

FILLING:

1 qt. or more ice cream, softened & spread over crust

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) or more Cool Whip
Sprinkle with reserve 1 c. of cookies

OPTIONAL: Drizzle with Hershey syrup; sprinkle with chopped nuts and/or decorate with Maraschino cherries. Freeze.
