FILLING: 1 qt. or more ice cream, softened & spread over crust TOPPING: 1 (8 oz.) or more Cool Whip Sprinkle with reserve 1 c. of cookies OPTIONAL: Drizzle with Hershey syrup; sprinkle with chopped nuts and/or decorate with Maraschino cherries.
