PINEAPPLE-APRICOT JAM 
1 1/4 c. pitted dried prunes or 1 c. pitted dates
1 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. crushed unsweetened pineapple

Simmer prunes and apricots in juice or water (enough to cover fruit) until soft, or soak overnight. Blend with pineapple in blender until smooth.
