GRANDMA KATE'S MILLION DOLLAR
FUDGE
 
1/2 lb. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk (lg.)
18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow creme
1-2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk over medium heat and bring to a boil. Not a vigorously rolling boil. Turn down to low and boil 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow creme and nuts. Grease bottom of a large pan (9x12 inch or larger) and pour fudge into it. After it has cooled a few minutes, refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 5+ pounds.
