1 sm. bottle soy sauce
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing
Pepper
1 onion, cut up
1 celery stalk, cut up
1 stick of butter

Pour soy sauce and Italian dressing over turkey. Sprinkle with pepper. Put onion, celery and butter inside the turkey. Cover tightly. Baste often. Bake as required for turkey size. Uncover during the last 20 minutes to brown.
