CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 chicken breasts, deboned
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 thin slices ham
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil
2 eggs, beaten well
Seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness. Salt and pepper each piece of chicken, topping with one slice cheese and one slice ham. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in frying pan. Dip each piece of chicken in eggs and coat with bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, drain and place in baking dish. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
