FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. slice and bake sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 banana
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
Strawberries
2 tbsp. minute tapioca

Lay sliced cookie dough on a pizza pan. Bake and cool. Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread on top of baked dough crust. Drain fruit and add the tapioca to the juices. Bring to a boil and cool. Starting with outer row place fruit on the cream cheese layer, alternating rows. Pour tapioca glaze over fruit and cool for 2 hours.
