1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Mix all ingredients with a spoon or fork. When mixed well use a teaspoon for small cookies or a tablespoon for larger cookies and roll dough to form balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork for crisscross design or leave as a ball and when baked, place M & M's or chocolate chips on top. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.
