SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
3-4 lb. fryer or 8 split breasts
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
2 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar peach jam

Place chicken in shallow greased baking pan or dish skin side up. In separate bowl mix other ingredients and spread over chicken. Bake covered 1 hour; then uncovered 1 hour in a 300 degree oven.
