FRUIT SWEETENED SYRUP 
1 (12 oz.) box of unsweetened frozen raspberries; or use fresh (any other berries can be used)
1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine in a blender, then cook in a saucepan over medium heat until thick. Serve.
