CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 c. Virginia's Best Biscuit Flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. plumped golden raisins
3/4 c. (about) buttermilk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 to 1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. (about) milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine flour, sugar, soda, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in bowl. Cut in 6 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Mix in raisins. Add buttermilk, mixing to form soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface. Pat into rectangle. Sprinkle generously with additional cinnamon. Knead lightly.

Pat to 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into biscuits. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Blend remaining ingredients in bowl. Spread over hot biscuits. Serve warm.
