CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 oz. (4 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. (3 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (8 or 9 inch) round cake pans; line bottom of pans with waxed paper. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and powder; blend well. Set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining cake ingredients; add dry ingredients. Blend until well moistened. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool.

FROSTING: Combine all frosting ingredients at low speed until moistened, smooth and creamy. Spread evenly on cake. Eat and enjoy!
