POTATO-BROCCOLI BAKE 
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper
Pinch nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
4 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. Swiss cheese
Frozen loose pack hash browns, thawed (1 1/2 lbs.)
1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. bread crumbs
5 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour and seasonings until smooth. Add milk, cook and stir until bubbly. Add cheeses, stirring until melted. Stir in potatoes. Pour half of mixture into baking pan and top with cooked and drained broccoli. Spoon remaining mixture over. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle around edges. Bake, uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
