SOUPER BURGER ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 can minestrone soup
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water

Brown 1 pound ground beef, onion, and oregano. Add 1 can minestrone soup, ketchup and water. Simmer 5-10 minutes; stir. Spread on toasted buns. Place strips of cheese on each. Broil until cheese melts.
