CHICAGO LASAGNA 
1 onion chopped
1 lb. ground turkey or buffalo
2 cans chopped tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. mozarella cheese, sliced
parmesan cheese

Sauté onion with ground meat until meat is browned. Drain any grease.

Add tomatoes, sauce, basil and oregano. Simmer 20 minutes.

In 9 X 13 inch pan, place 4 noodles.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, layer with 1/3 of mozarella cheese. Ladle 1/3 sauce over cheese. Repeat 2 times with remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly for about 45 minutes.
