VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 sm. jar pimentos

Prepare Jello according to directions and add vinegar, sugar and salt. Chill until thickened. Add vegetables and chill until firm. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf, if desired.
