DELIGHTFUL FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain & save juice
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
2 med. apples, chopped
1/2 lb. purple or green seedless grapes, halved

Drain pineapple and save juice. Combine sugar, flour, egg and juice in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool. Combine pecans, fruit and sauce, stirring well. Chill before serving. (Better to sit overnight.)
