Roll dough out to 1/8 inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Place in appropriate sized pie plate. Trim off excess pastry around edges. Fold edges under and flute; brush with beaten egg white. Prick bottom and sides thoroughly with fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
