LIME SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime jello 1 c. boiling water 1 c. ginger ale 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped pecans Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ginger ale and cream cheese. Stir until the cheese is dissolved. (You can use an electric mixer to speed up the process.) Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes. Add the drained pineapple and pecans. Stir well and refrigerate. |
