TACO HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar med. thick & chunky salsa
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef. Drain fat off. Add salsa and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Preheat to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 inch pan place 1/2 of the chips which have been finely crushed. Spread ground beef mixture over chips evenly. Sprinkle cheese over the meat. Add the rest of the finely crushed chips on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
