ROSIE'S CHEESY BREAD DIP 
(8 oz.) Phil. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. beer
1 lg. round seedless rye bread

Melt cream cheese and Velveeta cheese in microwave 1-2 minutes on high (depending on microwave) for each cheese. (If you have no microwave, cut cheeses into cubes and blend in blender.) Blend the 2 cheeses together until smooth by adding beer gradually. Grate garlic and blend into mixture. Cut center from rye bread and hollow out. Use the bread to dip into mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
