BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 beaten eggs

Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Place in a souffle or casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
