QUICHE 
1 pie shell
4 eggs
1/4 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham (OR)
6 to 7 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Bake crust briefly at temperature indicated on package. Make egg and milk mixture like scrambled eggs. Mix in chopped onion, meat, cheese and spinach. Pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake about 1/2 hour or until knife comes out clean from center. May add mushrooms or green peppers, peas, etc.
