FISH AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cheese, grated
2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen

Arrange fillets in bottom of greased casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread vegetables over fish. Gradually stir the milk into the flour until smooth. Pour liquid over vegetables. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
