QUARTERBACK BEANS | |
2 (16 oz.) cans Boston brick oven baked beans 1/2 lb. cocktail sausages, cut in bite-size pieces 1/4 c. barbecue sauce 1 c. crushed corn chips 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. chopped green onion Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow 2-quart casserole, combine beans, sausages and barbecue sauce. In a medium bowl, combine corn chips, cheese and onions. Top beans with corn chip mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. |
