GARDEN FRESH COMBO 
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. sliced zucchini
3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 med. onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
Black pepper to taste
2 med. tomatoes, quartered
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet combine all ingredients except tomatoes and cheese. Cover loosely and cook 10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cheese and cook 1-2 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve immediately.

NOTE: You can add diced skinned chicken breast at the beginning of the recipe.
