1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1/2 pkg. dry onion mix soup

Soften cream cheese. Blend cheese with sour cream. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
