SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced cheese (Velveeta)
1 sm. pkg. noodles (3-4 c. dry noodles)
Salt and pepper

Brown sausage with the onion and drain. Boil noodles as directed and drain. Mix with other ingredients. Place in casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
