YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter

Put in baking dish. Top with: 1/2 c. coconut 3 tbsp. flour

Melt butter and add coconut and flour mix. Put this on top of squash and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
