WINE BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients as for pie crust:

1 c. milk, scalded & cooled
1 yeast cake dissolved in 1/4 c. water
4 egg yolks, beaten

Mix liquid ingredients and add to first mixture and knead well. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Divide dough into rectangle 1/4" thick. Spread with filling. Fold one third of the way and then fold other third over that. Bake at once for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and frost.
