9 INCH CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond extract until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in graham shell. Cool for 20 minutes. Heat sour cream mixture. Pour over cheese cake. Put pie back in oven for 10 minutes. DO NOT put sour cream on until pie drops.
