RIGATONI AND SAUCE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground meat 1 tbsp. oil 3 c. water 3 cans tomato pate 1 bay leaf 2 tsp. fennel seeds 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic 3 tbsp. minced instant onions 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oregano 1 pkg. rigatoni noodles 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Brown meat in oil; add next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients and cook 10 minutes, cook rigatoni, drain and turn into dish. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
