SEAFOOD SUPPER 
1 lb. artificial crab or lobster meat (cut up)
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onions, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter in skillet. Remove. Empty soup into saucepan. Cook over low heat until thinned - stir in cheese until melted. Add wine, seafood, mushrooms and onions. Can be served over pasta or in a casserole with crumb topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Works well in electric fry pan.
