SIMPLE STIR FRY 
Carrot slices
Celery slices
Broccoli, cut into sm. pieces
Cauliflower, cut into sm. pieces
Fresh mushrooms (optional)
Onion chunks (optional)
Pineapple chunks
Boneless chicken breasts, cut into sm. pieces
Zucchini (optional), cut into sm. pieces

Stir fry the above vegetables in a small amount of peanut oil. Remove and stir fry the chicken pieces. Remove and make sauce: 4 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce, 4 tablespoons 57 Sauce, 1/2 cup chili sauce, juice from 1 can pineapple chunks, and 3 tablespoons flour. Combine sauce ingredients and stir until thick. Add vegetables, chicken, and serve over rice.
