1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in sugar, fold in Cool Whip.

In separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture. Pour in pan on top of crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate to set.
