1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)

Combine all ingredients except lemonade. Blend well. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes in a loaf pan. Pour lemonade over the bread as soon as it comes from the oven. Cool in pan.
