1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. Special K
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Add Special K. Spread in buttered pan. Melt chips and spread over cereal mixture. If doubled, fits in a 9"x13" pan.
