EDI'S SURPRISE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
6 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Brown the meat along with the mushrooms, onion and seasoning in a skillet. Prepare the macaroni according to package directions. Pour the meat into a shallow greased baking dish, add the macaroni and cover with sliced Velveeta cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

Kids love it. We named this dish after Kurt's mother.
