2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 large or 2 small avocados, thinly sliced
1/4 c. salad dressing (your choice: Italian, Ranch or oil and vinegar)
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the vegetables. Toss to coat.
