SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE 
1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
3 tbsp. chopped scallion or onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. grated carrots
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 egg
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine sausage, vegetables, and seasonings in pan with hot oil. Cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp; stir until pink. Add broth; cover and cook 10 minutes. Add egg; stir for 2 minutes. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce, and water. Add to pan. Stir until thickened. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve over rice.
