TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
2 c. milk
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
2 c. turkey (or chicken), diced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In a medium saucepan, saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter until brown. May use 4 ounce can of mushrooms but don't saute canned mushrooms. Melt remaining butter; blend in flour and gradually add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; add Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Combine with mushrooms, pimento, and cooked turkey. Add spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
