1 c. meal
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. Vidalia onion
1 1/2 c. cream corn (small can)
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Using a small spoon, place a spoonful into hot oil. Cook until done.
