HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 med. bananas, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttery flavor vegetable oil

Buttery oil can be substituted with 1 teaspoon butter flavoring.

Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs, pineapple. Mix by hand. Add bananas and nuts; mix again. Pour mixture in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan 1 hour before removing.

Can be iced with cream cheese icing or dusted with powdered sugar.
