CHOCOLATE BARK 
40 unsalted crackers approximately
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) bag of chocolate chip morsels

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan (17 x 11) cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place crackers on foil. Put butter and brown sugar in small pot, boil 3 minutes, continue to stir while it is boiling. Then pour the mixture over crackers. Put in preheated oven for 7 minutes. When done, toss chocolate chips over crackers. With the bottom of a large spoon press down chocolate chips and spread over crackers. Put in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. When you take them out, break into bite size pieces.
