LAZY PIEROGI 
1 lg. bag noodles that look like homemade called Kluski
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 lg. onion or 2 chopped
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
3 cans mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped

Cook noodles and drain. Drain juice from sauerkraut and put aside for further use in case needed. Then rinse sauerkraut slightly. 1 large onion, chopped and sauteed. 1 large onion, raw, chopped.

Blend all together noodles, onions and sauerkraut. Put in 11 x 13 inch glass cake pan. Pour mushroom soup over the noodles. (Mix mushroom soup with water 1/4 cup of water to 1 can of mushroom soup and blend.) Cover and bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes.

Taste noodles and all, if not sour enough add juice. It should look like gravy on top, after baking it looks thick, make sure it doesn't burn.
